Use of information
QuickBooks Online data is used only for IDEAS internal accounting automation, reconciliation, reporting, and related administrative workflows.
Sharing
IDEAS does not sell QuickBooks Online data. Data is not shared with third parties except as required to operate authorized internal systems, comply with law, or support accounting and administrative obligations.
Security and retention
Access is limited to authorized IDEAS personnel and controlled internal systems. OAuth tokens and accounting data are retained only as needed for the internal integration and related business records.
Disconnecting
IDEAS may disconnect the integration through QuickBooks Online, Intuit app settings, or the internal system administrator. After disconnection, the integration stops requesting new QuickBooks Online data.
